Angst ridden post punk via vintage synths, liquid basslines, and sparse atmospheric guitars.

Mixed by Stuart Sikes (Cat Power, Modest Mouse), the idea was to use only sound sources such as the emulator, fairlight, prophets, vintage drum machines, etc.
which would have been readily available in the mid 80s when Film Student’s favorite records were made.

Along the way, the astute listener will find references to such luminaries as Truman Capote, Jerzy Kosinski, Anais Nin and
Philip K. Dick.
